Introduction:
In ancient, purple-bud Pu’er tea was treated as tribute, picked from elevation 2480m of wild tea tree group. The ages of these tea trees are about in 500—1400 years old. This kind of tea tree is so different from others, very rarely. It is just picked one time before beginning of Spring, and made strictly by traditional ways. Tea soup is bright and fragrant, it is the good item to keep health, improve life activity.
Purple-bud tea is a very rare kind among Yunnan large leaves tea. Because raw leaf is purple-red color, after being made as dry tea, its color turns invisible green, well, it becomes dark green when mix with water, it is also called as “three colors tea†by national minority people in Pu’er tea area. Luyu have written in <The classic of tea> —“ Tea, purple is the bestâ€, it clearly means Purple-bud tea.
By detection, though Purple-bud tea belongs to a kind of Pu’er tea and also possesses various benefit chemical elements, among them, the favonoid and amino acid are much more than other Pu’er tea.
Brewing Method:
1. Common tea set is fine, put 4 to 6 grams of tea leaves into the cup.
2. Pour into boiling water (100 Celsius degrees), 1 to 5 seconds later, pour out the water, which is for washing tea leaves.
3. Pour an adequate amount of boiling water (the best proportion of tea leaves and water is 1 to 8), infused for 10 to 20 seconds, just according to personal taste.
4. If you want to lose weight, it is better to infuse the tea for a longer time, more strong the tea water is, more effective it will be.
