Yellow tea comes from Junshan Tea. What is yellow tea? Yellow tea is the noble tea, belongs to light fermenting tea, the second tea type in China, favored by noble palace, tribute in Tang Dynasty.

Gold cake is a pressed yellow tea, selected one bud one leaf and one bud two leaves. If keep for a long-term in normal temperature, it will be more mellow, thick and fragrant.

Brewing methods:

1. 1. Brew with boiled water

Take proper tea (3-5g) with special tea knife, put in tea cup or white porcelain bowl with cover (generally 1/8-1/5 of tea set), then pour 95-100 degree boiled water, then drink;

or after 20 seconds, pour tea water into teapot, regulate its density according to personal preference, then pour tea water into small cups to drink.

Take proper tea into teapot to boil, until orange and bright tea juice appears, pour some fresh milk or cheese, drink it when the color becomes turmeric, its flavor is much better.
