Longjing tea or Dragon Well is a famous variety of green tea.It is produced mostly by hand and has been renowned for its high quality, earning the China Famous Tea title. It has unique fragrance and flavor,flat, slender strips of tea leaves in bright green liquid. Furthermore, LongJing tea aids one’s health in many ways regardless of your age. It is used to deter food poisoning, refresh the body, stop cavities, fight viruses, control high blood pressure, lower the blood sugar level, and to prevent cancer.
Brewing Guide:
1. Generally use 4g green tea per 200ml (7oz) water.
2. The water temperature for brewing green tea should be around 80º C.
3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, and wait for about 2 minutes’ infusion.
4. Then enjoy the tea. Could brew 3-4 times.
