Introduction of Our Pu’er Tea:

Puerh or Pu’er tea is a variety of fermented dark tea produced in Yunnan province, China.Pu’er traditionally begins as a raw product known as tough tea(Mao Cha) and can be sold in this form or pressed into a number of shapes and sold as raw tea(Mao Cha).The Wo Dui process developed in the mid1970s by the Menghai and Kunming Tea Factories created a new type of puerh tea, whose legitimacy is disputed by some traditionalists. This process involves an accelerated fermentation into ripe tea(ShuCha),which is then stored loose or pressed into various shapes. All types of puerh can be stored to mature before consumption, which is why it is commonly labelled with year and region of production.

Brewing Guide: &

1. Rinse the cup with hot water.

2. Take one piece of tea into the cup.

3. Before pouring water into the cup, you can smell fresh aroma of tea by shaking the cup.
