Compensation and Exception Terms
Please provide the following information within 24 hours after signing the delivery, if you find the product is broken
1. A photo of all the damaged items marked with the broken parts. An original video is also acceptable if the problem can not be clearly demonstrated by photos.
2. Separate original photos of each broken product (should be unedited).
3. A photo of the single broken product put together with the whole set.
4, A photo of the product packaging.
5, Please inquire local delivery company for the Damage certification and the No. of record. (With the approval of the seller and other certifications properly provided, you shall provide the certification and the No. within 72 hours after signing the delivery.)
Please pay attention. As the prerequisites of the claim, it is very important to provide all certifications properly in time.
THE STANDARD FOR DAMAGE COMPENSATION
1. For single cups with lids or spoons, you shall receive 100% refund of the actual purchase price if the body of cup is damaged. However, it should be noted that trivial damage on the bottom of the cup which would not cause leaking or steady problems is excluded. You shall get 10% refund of the actual purchase price for the damage of lids, and 6% for the damage of spoons. You may also require reissuing the product along with your next order.
2. (RETAIL) For candle holders with transparent glass, you shall get 20% refund of the actual purchase price if the glasses are fully broken. The refund, depending on the proportion of the damaged piece to the whole, shall be no more than 20% if the glasses are partially broken. For candle holders with colored, etching or frosted glass, you shall receive 25% refund of the actual purchase price if the glasses are fully broken. The refund, depending on the proportion of the damaged piece to the whole, shall be no more than 25% if the glasses are partially broken.
(WHOLESALE) For candle holders with transparent glass, if the glass is broken, you shall get 10% refund of the price of the product. For candle holders with colored, etching or frosted glass, you shall get 15% refund.
3. You shall receive 10% refund of the actual purchasing price if the handle of the vase or the candle holder is missing or broken. However, you shall receive full refund for broken mountable candle holder.
4. For breakage of ropes or strings in the product, you shall get 3% of the actual purchase price for compensation, those of product packaging excluded.
5. Further issues shall be handled through negotiation. Please notice that if you are not able to provide all certifications needed in time, the seller has the rights to refuse to make compensation.
Please provide corresponding photos within 24hours after signing the delivery if you find the product has quality problems. We will make immediate compensation. The standards for compensation as follows
1. For ceramic products, if the diameter of the defect is more than 1mm, we shall make compensation. You shall get 8% refund of the actual purchase price if the diameter is over 1mm and no more than 2mm. You shall get 15% refund of the actual purchase price if the diameter is over 2mm and no more than 3mm. You shall get full refund if the diameter is over 3mm. For multiple defects on the same product, you shall only get the compensation for the largest. However, you shall get full refund if there are more than 3 defects which diameter over 1mm on the product.
2. You shall get 5% refund of the actual purchase price if the diameter of the defect on the lid of ceramic cup is more than 1mm. You shall get 10% refund if the lid can not fit in the cup. You shall get 5% refund if the spoon or any other attachments have quality problems. This item shall prevail in case of conflicts with others.
3. For painted metal products, if the unpainted area is larger than 2mm2 we shall make compensation (Except the joint). If the unpainted area is over 2mm2 no larger than 4mm2, you shall get 8% refund of the actual purchase price. If the area is over 4mm2 and no larger than 8mm2, you shall get 15% refund of the actual purchase price. If the area is over 9 mm2, you shall get full refund. For multiple defects on the same product, you shall only get the compensation for the largest. However, you shall get full refund if there are more than 3 defects which is over 2mm2 on the product.
The products sell in my store are all handiworks, can’t be absolute perfection. We shall not make compensation under the following circumstances for they are not quality problems.
1. If the diameter of the defect on the ceramic cup body or cup lid is no more than 1mm, or there are other problems on the bottom of the cup apart from leaking and steadiness problems.
2. There are cracks at the joints of the metal product yet which would not cause problems in using. The handle, the interior of the candle holder or the plug is not evenly pained or partially painted.
3. The surface of the metal product is painted into mist shape or the single unpainted area is no more than 2mm2.
4. The product contains distressing or other special crafts or effects which can be recognized through photos.
5. The metal product is partly bent but can be recovered to the original shape.
6. There is change of detail without causing change to its main function or basic design.
